K. Larry Hastie, President

Larry Hastie has been President of PRM since he founded it in 1990. He has been a registered representative of Mutual Service Corporation since 1992.

Larry is also Managing Director of Retirement Income Solutions, Inc., (RIS) – a company he co-founded in 1992. Prior to founding PRM, he was Executive Vice President of Michigan National Bank. Larry had overall responsibility for the bank's $3 billion trust business and its discount brokerage, investment advisory, and strategic planning activities. Larry served as Treasurer and Vice Presidents of Planning and of Human Resources during his eight years with Bendix.

Larry has a B.A. in economics form DePauw University and a M.B.A. in finance and Ph.D. in managerial economics from Cornell University. Dr. Hastie has authored 6 articles on various financial topics. He spent a year in Trinidad as a Fulbright scholar. (See Larry Hastie's background for more details.)

Brock Hastie, Managing Director

Brock Hastie is a registered representative of Mutual Service Corporation and joined PRM in 2005. Brock provides financial planning and general investment advice to clients. He prepares retirement plans and coordinates account set up, transfer and implementation for new clients. He coordinates investment recommendations for clients regarding mutual funds, seasonal moves and/or other active trading with Larry.

Brock has a B.A. in Economics from DePauw in 1992 and an M.B.A. with Distinction in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan. He spent 6 years at Intel Corporation in Portland Oregon as a financial executive. Most recently at Intel Capital, he headed up the Mergers and Acquisitions finance team. Prior to business school, he worked with a small investment banking firm, Davis Financial Group, in Denver. (See Brock Hastie’s background for more details.)

Conan Malmer, Vice President and Portfolio Manager

Conan Malmer has been working with Larry since 1992. He specializes in stock portfolio design and investment strategies for individuals and pension accounts. Conan also provides financial planning and general investment advice for individuals and pension plans tailored to particular client goals, resources, experience and risk tolerance.

Conan has extensive trading experience that involves restricted securities, block trading, estate re-registration, company stock options and traded option strategies.

Conan received his undergraduate education at Eastern Michigan University and is a registered representative of Mutual Service Corporation.

Aaron Tanner, Senior Operations Manager

Aaron joined the group in 1997 as a Financial Services Associate and has held his current position of Portfolio Administrator since 1999. He is responsible for stock and mutual fund trading, asset allocation and performance reporting.

Aaron graduated from Michigan State University in 1996 with a B.A. in finance. He is the only Spartan fan in the office. He is a registered representative of Mutual Service Corporation.

MEET THE SUPPORT STAFF

Kimberly Koschalk, Senior Corporate Administrator

Kim has been working with Larry since 1992. She is accountable for the administration of a multitude of securities, investment advisory and insurance operations in compliance with highly regulated and perpetually changing policies and procedures. She also serves as the Securities Coordinator of IFSG's Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction. Kim also worked for Secured Financial Investments in Missoula, Montana and Midland National Bank in Minneapolis Minnesota.
