At Intel Corporation, Mr. Hastie led a team of 5-6 Intel Capital managers in evaluating acquisition, partnership and investment alternatives for Intel in numerous product segments, including strategic approach, company valuation and due diligence. His team was responsible for influencing deals through altering deal structure, rationalizing business assumptions, or redirecting focus to an alternate target.

Also at Intel Corporation, Mr. Hastie led a team supporting the Enterprise Platform Group which managed a $300 million in revenue and $100 million in spending. His team supported competitive analysis, pricing, revenue, project selection and a zero-based budget.
